Athens International Airport (ATH)

Athens airport is 20 miles east of central Athens. There is two suburban train lines, Metro Line 3 and bus service from Athens Int'l. Airport to Central Athens. There is also service to the cruise and ferry port of Piraeus. There is a link on the airport web site with all the details.

Go to Athens Google Maps to input travel times when you will be in Athens. The Google Map may show a transfer from an express bus to the Metro at a station nearer to town. Line 3 of the Metro starts at the airport and connects with the other two lines. Choose a route that is easiest for you. There are several options.
