FRA airport is located 5 miles southwest of central Frankfurt between Mainz and Frankfurt. Rail service from the airport to Central Station in Frankfurt is provided by RMV (Rhein-Main Regional Rail Service).

Intercity Deutsche Bahn trains also stop at the airport providing direct service to many locations in Germany and beyond.
